To know the only true God, honor and obey Him, and make Him known.
Jesus preached the Gospel of the Kingdom (Matthew 4:23). He was sent for that purpose (Luke 4:43; Luke 8:1).
Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe in the gospel.” MARK 1:15
After His resurrection, Jesus spent much of His time before He ascended to heaven
“speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God” (ACTS 1:3).
Since the time of John the Baptist, the Gospel of the Kingdom of God has been preached (LUKE 16:16).
Philip preached the Good News of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ (ACTS 8:12).
Paul spent a lot of time “reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God” (ACTS 19:8).
The testimony at the end of the book of Acts states:
Then Paul dwelt two whole years in his own rented house, and received all who came to him,
preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no one forbidding him. ACTS 28:30-31
The kingdom of God seems to be a very important topic!
